Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Introduction

IronCore ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the IronCore mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your display name and workout data. We also collect usage data such as exercise logs, nutrition entries, and progress pictures stored locally on your device. Authentication is handled by Firebase, which may collect your email address.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Data Storage

Most of your data — including workout logs, nutrition entries, and progress pictures — is stored locally on your device using shared preferences and your device's file system. This data does not leave your device unless explicitly shared by you.

Third-Party Services

IronCore uses Firebase (Google) for authentication. Firebase may collect certain device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account will permanently remove your authentication record and clear all locally stored data on your device.

Children's Privacy

IronCore is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page.
